We had an undetected leak under our kitchen for an entire month. We only knew ehen we received a $400 water bill. Our traditional foundation sent it under the floor. Local people came but could not help the musty smell. A friend had a disaster at her house and was so pleased at the Serve Pro Oxford response. So I phoned. They came that afternoon Mr. Fyfe checked for moisture and mold, and offered to do an air quality test. I was so relieved that there could be proof of whether or not mold existed. He and Eli tested two rooms. The results came back exactly when he said. He called right away to follow up. The height of professionalism!
