SERVPRO has just completed cleanup services - soot damage resulting from a gas leak/fire logs. From start to finish, it was a 10-12 day cleanup. They (Suzanne, Nathaniel, Bradley, Tyler, Ray) did an EXCELLENT job! They worked like Trojans and, during the entire time, were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous! This was our first experience w/SERVPRO but, if ever a situation occurs, we will definitely use SERVPRO! I cannot say enough good things about SERVPRO-Oxford and the team they sent to deep clean and deodorize the carpet in my house. The two young men that came were neat, courteous and respectful. They not only did an amazing job on carpet but also shared the many things SERVPRO does that I had no idea about. They are definitely not just “cleaners”. I would highly recommend that ANY work you need done, contact them first and give them a chance to give you a quote.
