Meet Nat Homan - General Manager at SERVPRO of Oxford/Batesville/Clarksdale. He is a Lead Certified Renovator. Nat has 7 IICRC certifications in WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, TCRT, OCT and CCT. He has unmatched knowledge in all things restoration. Nat has experience in building and construction and has many years of supervisory and managerial experience in the Home Improvement industry. Nat lives in Oxford, is a proud husband and dad to two wonderful daughters.

Meet Vincent Judson, Production Project Manager. Vincent brings an impressive level of discipline and expertise to our team. Vince's background includes over 15 years of experience managing and supervising HVAC/R projects, a skill set that perfectly complements his recent transition to SERVPRO. Vincent's commitment to excellence, honed during his time as a Master Sergeant, ensures that he approaches every task with precision and dedication. Beyond his professional achievements, Vincent is a devoted husband and father, and he applies the same care and commitment to ensuring homes and businesses run smoothly, just as he did during his distinguished service. We're confident that his leadership and meticulous approach will be a great asset to our operations.

Meet Todd Tegethoff, Production Project Manager. Todd is certified in both WRT and FSRT with over 10 years of mitigation experience. Throughout his career at SERVPRO, he has advanced from Technician to Crew Chief and now serves as one of our Production Project Managers. Todd brings extensive hands-on knowledge and leadership to every project, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Outside of the SERVPRO life, he enjoys keeping his hands busy by working on cars and carpentry.

Meet Tiras Bolden, one of our Production Project Managers. Tiras is a graduate of Ole Miss and a lifelong basketball enthusiast. He consistently brings hustle, heart, and a strong work ethic to every job he is on. From the basketball court to a clean-up site, Tiras is always ready to put in the work required. He is also a kind-hearted conversationalist, always willing to take the time to explain and educate clients about the restoration process using his WRT certification. We are very proud to have him on our team.

We are thrilled to introduce Ashlynn Thomas, our exceptional Job File Coordinator Extraordinaire. You may often find that Ashlynn is the first voice you hear when you call SERVPRO of Oxford/Batesville/Clarksdale, and she is an integral part of our team. She is highly efficient, incredibly organized, and brings a wonderfully outspoken and proactive energy to her role. When you need something done urgently and correctly, Ashlynn is truly the person to connect with. Outside of keeping our office running seamlessly, Ashlynn is a devoted mother to her handsome young boy. She is not only a wonderful mother to him but also a ray of sunshine for everyone in our office, always ready to lend support and uplift spirits. Meet Mike Jones, Office Administrator. With his day-to-day consisting of HR, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, and internal coordination, he plays a key role in keeping processes organized and running efficiently. Using his attention to detail and problem-solving mindset, Mike enjoys finding ways to improve systems and support out team. Outside of work you can find him in the outdoors, spending quality time with friends and family, or going to a concert.

Introducing Tonya Carpenter, Contents Manager. Tonya is truly a gem of our team, consistently demonstrating exceptional dedication and skill. She recently achieved the highest score among all her teammates on the IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician Exam), a testament to her expertise and commitment to her craft, and is also FSRT certified. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is a proud mother of two sons, a big fan of rock music, and is widely known for her kind heart and genuine care for others. Tonya is deeply passionate about helping people in need, and she makes it her personal mission to help restore your home and belongings to normal as quickly and stress-free as possible.

Meet Michelle Vance, who serves as our Production Crew Chief and is proud to be recognized as the first female in this role. Her dedication to restoration is deeply personal. At just 20 years old, Michelle experienced the loss of her home and treasured memories in a house fire—an event that shaped her compassion and commitment to helping others during their most difficult times. Michelle approaches every job with empathy, heart, and genuine care. She treats each customer as if they were her own family, going above and beyond to provide not only quality restoration services but also the emotional support and understanding people need during a loss. Her goal is to help restore both homes and peace of mind. Outside of work, Michelle has been happily married for 21 years and is a proud mother of two daughters and a grandmother to two grandchildren. Family means everything to her, and she treasures every moment spent with them. Their love and support inspire her every day and drive her passion for serving others through her work at SERVPRO.

Meet Cameron Melton, one of our exceptional Crew Chiefs at SERVPRO. Outside of his professional life, Cameron is an enthusiastic fishing fanatic and a self-proclaimed caffeine addict, bringing a vibrant energy to everything he does. Cameron brings that same passion and precision to his work at SERVPRO. He is IICRC Water Restoration Technician - certified, ensuring that your home is always in trusted hands when he's on the job. Cameron consistently leads by example and plays a crucial role in keeping our team running strong, ensuring every job is completed to our high standards, "Like it never even happened."

Introducing you to one of our exceptional SERVPRO Technicians, Will Massey. Will is an incredibly driven individual who truly runs on horsepower and caffeine, a testament to his tireless dedication. In his free time, Will enjoys working on cars, which speaks to his hands-on approach and passion for getting things done. This same commitment translates directly to his work at SERVPRO, where he consistently shows up ready, focused, and fully invested in tackling even the toughest jobs, every single time. Meet Gus Cosby, one of our Technicians who specializes in upholstery and floor coverings. Gus is a graduate of South Panola High School and is continuing his education at Northwest while serving on our team. Known for his strong work ethic and positive attitude, he takes pride in delivering reliable service to customers when they need it most. Outside of work, he enjoys origami, reading, and sweet fried okra. Gus not only makes the SERVPRO life brighter, but also brings a smile to every customer he meets.

Meet Meko Swingrum, Contents Specialist at SERVPRO of Oxford/Batesville/Clarksdale. Aneillea, known as Meko, is a dedicated and hardworking member of the SERVPRO team who enjoys being cross-trained and learning any new skills on the job. Meko is currently taking online classes at Full Sail University, pursuing a passion for music and DJing. With a positive attitude, great personality, and a natural ability to connect with others, Meko enjoys meeting new people and bringing energy and enthusiasm to everything we do - both on the job and beyond.

Meet Bridgette Hollinger, one of our Content Specialists. A dedicated and hardworking member of the SERVPRO team, she takes pride in delivering quality work and dependable service on every job. Known for her strong work ethic and attention to detail, she consistently goes above and beyond to support customers during stressful situations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, Summer and Autumn, riding four-wheelers and cruising back roads while listening to music—bringing that same positive energy and commitment into everything she does.

Meet Ronnie McDaniel - Construction Manager for SERVPRO of Oxford/Batesville/Clarksdale. He brings over 40 years of construction experience in whole-home renovations and additions. Ronnie is a true master of his craft. Living in Oxford, he brings his passion for building to every project - even in his spare time. When it comes to reconstruction, you can trust Ronnie to get it done right, every time!
