I had a burst pipe. The crew came within hours of my report of the damage. Because of flooding and property damage throughout the region these crews have been stretched thin. Despite obvious fatigue they worked until the job was done. Tabitha and Andre especially were very respectful of my space and property. Tabitha treated my property and personal items as if they were her own. Unfortunately I had a similar mishap with a burst pipe in another part of the country many years ago. SERVPRO did the work then and were good. However I have never worked with anyone as kind, considerate, and empathetic as Tabitha.
