We had a pipe burst that saturated 3 floors, we reached out to ServPro around 4-5 pm and Austin and Adonay were at our house setting up by 6:30pm. Great customer service and stayed late to get the job set up completely to get our walls and floors dry. Very grateful for their hard work and long day, it was almost 10 pm when they finally got to go home to their families.
Came home after 2 week vacation to an upstairs toilet overflow that took down the dining room ceiling and got 3/4 of the 3 level town home wet. Only took Servpro an hour to get here with 4 trucks and a large crew. They immediately told us the plan and tested the walls for water damage over the whole house. After 3.5 hrs we felt comfortable leaving them to finish the immediate water removal. Tomorrow we'll get a more comprehensive plan on how to move forward. So thankful for their kindness in this horrible situation!
Isai and Bailey were prompt and professional in completing their work on a Friday evening. Isai answered most of my questions completely and contacted his project manager Joe for immediate answers to more challenging questions. I highly recommend these 2 for future assignments.
