Steve is a Technician for SERVPRO of Grand Traverse Area. After serving in the United States Navy, Steve transition into a career as an Commercial and Industrial Pipefitter. Steve's positive, upbeat attitude along with his great mechanical experience are great assets to SERVPRO. Upon joining our team he completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Krista Mihecoby
Krista it is a Technician for SERVPRO of Grand Traverse Area. Krista joins our team with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing. Her great attitude and her can-do spirit help our customers' lives return to normal. Upon joining our team she completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. Outside of work, Krista enjoys spending time in nature horseback riding, kayaking, camping and working on art and writing.

Just a minor flood in comparison to some. The plumber suggested we contact SERVPRO & we're so glad we did. Unlike us, they knew exactly what needed to be done and proceeded like the pros they are. They made getting things dried out a lot easier than we could imagine, explaining everything as they proceeded. Hopefully we won't have this type of problem again, but if we should there's no doubt who we will call.
Again, I want to thank your team for being so professional, kind and understanding. I really had no clear idea what they were walking into. What they were able to accomplish, especially with the kitchen and bathroom was great. I can't say enough positive for your team. I had SERVPRO a couple or years ago (plus or minus) when I had a water valve leak in lower level and you did a great job—and this Spring when a power washer was used on the decks, we had no idea a spigot had frozen during the winter and water came in between exterior and interior walls—a major surprise--so I automatically called you and another great job.
