What stood out even more, though, was how compassionate and understanding he was throughout the process. His advice and reassurance were honestly one of the few bright spots during an otherwise very stressful and unfortunate situation. I truly appreciated his kindness and would highly recommend him.

I Highly recommend Servpro PTLD for their professional and prompt service on July 2 a 90° humid evening when my Maine basement flooded. Starting with the project manager, Justin who pleasantly, and calmly answered and explained my quirky questions and then to Ashley and Patrick, who placed fans, humidifier, pulled up carpet and moved all the furniture in a timely and orderly fashion. High five to Cameron and Zach, who picked up the equipment three days later. Servpro is fortunate to have such dedicated, hard-working, professional, and pleasant employees representing them out in the field. My basement thanks you as do I.

The crew did an incredibly thorough job removing all the water damage and leaving everything clean. Very easy to communicate with and very professional. Appreciate Patrick and Brandon’s work. Patrick was here for all three days with different crew members, he did a great job.
