In the midst of dealing with a mold issue, it was a pleasure working with Tatiana, who assessed the damage and Victor, who remediated the mold. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. When scheduling was moving slowly, Tatiana ensured it got back on track. I hope to never have mold again, but if I do, I am calling Tatiana and requesting Victor!
