My wife and I highly recommend SERVPRO for fire restoration. On March 15th, strong winds caused power lines to hit and start a major fire in the basement of our home of over 40 years. SERVPRO responded quickly, secured the home by boarding up the windows, and guided us through the entire restoration process. They packed and stored our belongings in a secure, climate-controlled facility and made sure we had a place to stay during the repairs. After a little over a year, we returned to a home that felt brand new. In the midst of dealing with a mold issue, it was a pleasure working with Tatiana, who assessed the damage and Victor, who remediated the mold. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. When scheduling was moving slowly, Tatiana ensured it got back on track. I hope to never have mold again, but if I do, I am calling Tatiana and requesting Victor!
