ServPro exceeded our expectations with their soot cleaning and demolition of the garage and upstairs rooms. They were professional, respectful, and courteous throughout. They installed a dust barrier that kept debris from entering the house, and they protected the floors with paper during demolition, leaving the space clean and safe. They were also very attentive, making sure to leave room for at least one car to charge in the garage and clearing all nails and screws from the area. They were also excellent communicators. I recently was in need of mold remediation after a finished basement flooded when my water heater burst. I cant say enough how fortunate I feel that I chose Servo Pro. They were polite, explained any questions, reliable, and took great measures to protect the rest of my home from mold exposure. Their work was meticulous and completed quicker than expected.
