Position: Job File Coordinator

TaShawn Moore is our Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of South Springfield, Agawam, and Longmeadow. With a strong background as an IT Specialist and years of mitigation experience, he bridges the gap between the office and the field. TaShawn is also Xactimate trained, which allows him to accurately document projects and support both our customers and production teams.

His technical skills, combined with his hands-on restoration knowledge, help keep every job running smoothly and efficiently.

Meet the Team: Khalid Ansari

Position: First Responder

Khalid is often the first friendly face you’ll see from SERVPRO of South Springfield, Agawam, and Longmeadow. As our First Responder and Estimator, he meets with customers right away to assess the damage, explain the process, and create a clear plan for restoration. With several years of experience, Khalid is dedicated to making the first steps of recovery as smooth and stress-free as possible.

He is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in:

• Applied Microbial Remediation

• Applied Structural Drying

• Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration

• Odor Control

• Water Damage Restoration

Position: Crew Chief

Dean is one of our experienced Crew Chiefs at SERVPRO of South Springfield, Agawam, and Longmeadow. With years of hands-on knowledge in restoration, Dean takes pride in guiding projects from start to finish with care and professionalism.

He is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in:

Position: Crew Chief

William leads our crews here at SERVPRO of South Springfield, Agawam, and Longmeadow. With years of experience in the restoration industry, he’s known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to helping customers through stressful situations.

He is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in:

• Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration

• Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning

Meet the Team: Jesse Rogers

Position: Production Manager

Meet Jesse Rogers, our Production Manager here at SERVPRO of South Springfield & Agawam. With 20 years of experience in the restoration industry, Jesse brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our team.

Jesse holds numerous certifications, including:

• Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor (Indoor Air Quality Association)
• Applied Structural Drying Sciences (American Drying Institute)
• Multiple designations through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician, Water Damage Technician, Color Repair Technician, Floor Care Technician, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning Technician, and Carpet Cleaning Technician.
• Certifications from Environmental Compliance Services: Asbestos Abatement Supervisor License, Massachusetts Lead-Safe Renovator Supervisor, Repair & Renovator Initial License.

Meet the Team: Jorge Gonzalez

Position: Crew Chief

Jorge Gonzalez serves as a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of South Springfield/Agawam, bringing strong leadership, hands-on expertise, and a deep commitment to quality restoration. With years of experience in water, fire, and mold remediation, Jorge oversees on-site operations to ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to SERVPRO’s high standards.

He is known for his excellent communication skills, ability to motivate team members, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Jorge takes pride in guiding technicians through complex projects, maintaining detailed documentation, and ensuring that clients’ homes and businesses are restored “Like it never even happened.”

Outside of work, Jorge values teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous learning—qualities that make him an essential part of the SERVPRO crew and a trusted leader on every mitigation project.

Position: Technician

Carlos Vaquer is a dedicated member of the SERVPRO team, recognized for his professionalism and commitment to excellence in the restoration industry. He holds IICRC certifications in Applied Structural Drying (ASD) and Water Damage Restoration (WRT), demonstrating his technical expertise and adherence to industry standards.

With a strong focus on precision, safety, and customer satisfaction, Carlos plays a key role in restoring homes and businesses to their preloss condition. His knowledge and hands-on experience ensure that every project is completed efficiently and to SERVPRO’s high standards of quality.
