Thanks for the quick response on a Saturday night from Julio. The SERVPRO team was out quickly to assist with our water loss.
An elderly relative had extensive water damage in his bathroom from old water pipes that had been leaking over time. The ceiling collapsed in as well. This all happened while my relative was in hospital. The SERVPRO team sent someone out right away to assess the damage, work up a plan and coordinated with the insurance company. The team was professional, courteous, and highly responsive. The work was great and they cleanup up everything when they were done. As the commercial says, "like it never even happened."
