Thanks for the quick response on a Saturday night from Julio. The SERVPRO team was out quickly to assist with our water loss.
An elderly relative had extensive water damage in his bathroom from old water pipes that had been leaking over time. The ceiling collapsed in as well. He was at my house within the hour and personally started the water extraction himself until his crew showed with fans and dehumidifiers. Dave then went out and purchased a replacement sump pump and installed late afternoon. I could not be more satisfied and would recommend Dave and his Crew to anyone in need of water extraction, specific cleaning and then the post construction work.
