These are a few of the devastating storms of the early 2018 Winter which greatly impacted the SERVPRO Beverly/Cape Ann areas, including Beverly, Wenham, Hamilton, Essex, Manchester, Gloucester, and Rockport areas.
SERVPRO of Beverly/Cape Ann banded together and practiced our own ERP (Emergency Ready Plan) as employees planned the process of working remotely from our homes as well as the office as we answered phone call after phone call. Many times two employees were handling phone calls and the calls would be waiting on hold. This usually occurred during approaching high tide as so many homes and businesses could not fend off Mother Nature any longer!
Because many of our resources were already in use, we were abundantly grateful to have the SERVPRO Storm Teams dispatched to our area to help triage our huge number of phone calls! Nothing like a tractor trailer full of drying equipment and other specialty equipment that was needed by so many customers in our area. SERVPRO of Beverly/Cape Ann were heroes to many in our area who were threatening to have their homes and businesses washed away.
