They carefully packed and inventoried Nanny’s crystal, china, collectibles, and countless sentimental belongings. They took their time, wrapped everything with incredible care, and treated each item as if it were their own. There was never any sense of being rushed—they were thorough, organized, and genuinely cared about protecting her possessions. Brad came in for the demolition and remediation work and did an outstanding job removing the water-damaged flooring, cabinetry, and wall materials efficiently while keeping everything clean and organized. His work ethic and attention to detail were impressive. From start to finish, the entire ServPro team worked together seamlessly and communicated every step of the process. What started as a very overwhelming situation became much easier because of their professionalism, compassion, and dedication.
