SERVPRO was incredibly helpful to determine exactly what the protocol was for the spill and responded to the site within 2 hours of the initial call. Steve kept me updated throughout the process and made sure that all of our concerns were addressed. They left equipment over the weekend in order to make sure all particulates were out of the air and that all lingering smells were gone by the time we returned to patient care on Monday morning. They were a lifesaver to us and I couldn't recommend them more!

SERVPRO was a life saver for our mold remediation. Since mold removal is such an unregulated industry it is VERY easy to be taken advantage of. Be sure to always get 3 quotes on your job. SERVPRO was honest and did an excellent job. They communicated clearly and helped us through our crisis. One of their competitors in town tried to charge 5 times the amount the job cost. Use SERVPRO! Don't fool with the other jokers.

We had flooding in our basement due to sump pump failure. I was very pleased with the service. Everyone was friendly and extremely hard workers. I was particularly impressed with Norman Hulker (senior crew chief). He answered all my questions and was thorough while also being careful of not overdoing it on how much drywall needed to be cut out. It's a little higher priced than I expected but on the other hand I know it's a lot of work to get everything
