It’s been a while but wanted to drop you a note about Jason Wilson and your SERVPRO franchise in East Louisville.
Louisville Boat Club had a serious flood in February/March in which Jason Wilson, and his crew, came in for the clean up. The club had about 4 plus feet of water and mud in the clubhouse, tennis barn and squash courts. It was a real mess.
They came in and did a great job over an 8 to 10 day period, and should we need to use them again, or should they need a reference, the Club would be more than happy to do so.

My neighbor's water pipe burst and was not home.... as a result, my condo was flooded with water. The carpet absorbed the water and was completely saturated. I called SERVPRO and although it was a very busy time for them with similar situations throughout the city, they showed up promptly. They have an excellent procedure for dealing with these situations, from the initial clean up, drying out, demolition, re-laying flooring, and dealing directly with my insurance agency. The process went smoothly. After carpet removal, I opted to have it replaced with plank vinyl flooring. After pricing the project at a few other places, I went back to SERVPRO for the new flooring. Not only was their installation price competitive, but I got a high quality vinyl a great price. They were able to work around or move my furniture, and the flooring was installed, and all of the woodwork replaced and painted all in one day. The floor looks GREAT!!! Thank you to Tim, Derek, Eric, and all of the other crew members that helped throughout this process. They were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend SERVPRO.
