We had a washing machine flood two floors that caused extensive damage including mold. We had to have hardwood floors, walls and ceilings replaced. Several crews were involved in the reconstruction. All the providers were respectful, knowledgeable, nice and did great work. We dealt with Tim mostly who oversaw the project and he was excellent to work with.

Rodeana was incredible! She called me as soon as the rain started pouring down. She asked how my basement was doing and immediately offered to bring me whatever I needed pumps fans dehumidifiers and ?? help! Unfortunately once the electricity went out I was beat. WOW!!! Is the service we received from SERVPRO. We had the pleasure in dealing with Rodeana and Michael. Like many during these last storms of flooding basements. I had about foot water throughout our entire finished basement. (Thankful could have been worse). We lost power in our neighborhood and our sump pump not working and overworked. My husband was out of town planning his mother funeral. Things seemed overwhelming daunting with no hope in site. They provided that hope and light at the end of the tunnel. With all personally going on they gave me peace of mind. I know they too were overwhelmed, but they made me feel VIP and like I was the only issue they were having. Never felt like just a number. Because of their quick action the loss was much more minimal than it could have been! Thank you Rodeana and Michael for taking care of us. I will recommend you to anyone and everyone:)
Had them come out this week and the guys were very thorough with the inspection. Grant, Mitch, and Sean took their time. Gave use all the details. And explained how this happened. I will call again when I need another inspection.
Hire SERVPRO, and take a nap. I hired SERVPRO of Northeast Wichita for remediation of mold in my basement, a festering problem that had begun to affect my health. These guys showed up. A flurry of activity - hand-cleaning, scrubbing, power-washing, heavy-duty vacuuming, duct-cleaning, junk removal - ensued. Two days later, I was already breathing easier, feeling the symptoms of my lung disease much less severely. Sean Butler made sure that I understood, from the beginning, that total removal of mold is just not biologically possible - to my mind, however, he and his crew have made my home as safe and healthful as I might ever have hoped. Don't expect some discounted substitute: SERVPRO charged a fair price and delivered full value. I'd invite them back for any other job in a heartbeat. You should too.

Our Beginning
Before starting SERVPRO of Northeast Wichita Patrick Butler like many Wichitans, worked in aircraft moving between multiple different companies. After leaving aircraft Patrick started a handyman business and eventually decided to start the SERVPRO Franchise which opened its doors in 2001 and has continued to this day. When SERVPRO started it was completely operated out of a basement, since then we have grown into an office, warehouse and workshop located at 3225 S. Oliver, here in Wichita.
Our Experiences
From the beginning SERVPRO was getting into some pretty nasty situations helping out home and business owners with disasters. Thankfully before opening our doors we had a huge amount of support in the form of education, hands on training, equipment and experience from our corporate and other SERVPRO owners. From there we built up our own experience one job at a time.
Flooded homes, moldy basements and thoroughly soot covered buildings started rolling in and each one presented its own challenges and learning opportunities. Even after nearly 20 years we encounter things we’ve never seen before but at this point we have gotten used to rolling with the punches for our customers.
Our Home
If you have lived in Wichita or the surrounding areas you may have seen our green vehicles at the Delano District St. Patricks Day Parade or maybe at Woofstock, the Home EXPO, Bridal EXPO. More recently we were in the news for helping rebuild the Hernandez Boxing Academy after a terrible arson incident. Our company is based in the Wichita Community and we give back to the community which has trusted us with their homes and businesses when disaster strikes.
