We first called on SERVPRO approximately three years ago for water clean up due to a burst water line from freezing. The professionalism and attention to detail displayed by the SERVPRO owners and employees was exemplary and certainly welcomed at a time of stress for us. Unfortunately , we had to call again on SERVPRO when last July we had a major water disaster due to a fire system sprinkler head malfunction. Within an hour SERVPRO was on site with the equipment needed to begin the water cleanup. Because of the magnitude of the damage SERVPRO quickly called in additional equipment and personnel in order to minimize the extent of our damage.
From the initial response, to the respect shown for our facility and guests during restoration, to coordinating with emergency personnel and other contractors and through to final invoicing. SERVPRO displayed a superior customer service attitude. SERVPRO is one of those companies you hope you never have to call, but are grateful for their service when you need them. Our Beginning
Like many Wichitans, Patrick Butler began his career in the aircraft industry, where he developed a strong engineering background. After leaving aviation, he started a handyman business, gaining extensive knowledge of homes and construction. In 2001, Patrick and his business partner, Craig McIlvaine, saw an opportunity in the restoration industry and opened their SERVPRO® franchise.
Over the past 25 years, the company has grown from a small basement operation into a full-service restoration business with an office, warehouse, and workshop in Wichita. Today, SERVPRO of Northeast Wichita and SERVPRO of Southwest Wichita remain family-owned and operated, with Patrick working alongside his sons, Michael and Sean, all as owners, who continue the values that built the business from the start.
