Patrick Butler
Patrick Butler is the owner and operator of SERVPRO of Northeast Wichita. Patrick moved to America from Ireland in 1989 and spent 11 years working in aircraft before starting this location. He has amassed a wealth of experience after 19 years in the industry and has certifications from the Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in: Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Carpet Cleaning, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Odor Control, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning.
Michael Butler
Michael Butler is the Business Development Manager and part owner at SERVPRO of Northeast Wichita. Michael has worked in many roles at SERVPRO giving him several years of restoration work and certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Odor Control, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire & Smoke Restoration. His experience and training has given him an excellent understanding of the restoration industry which he uses to educate people about SERVPRO and how we can help them when disaster strikes.

Last Friday night, we discovered our dishwasher had been leaking during use. We had used SERVPRO of Northeast last November for a major water leak behind the wall of our shower and they were great, working with us around the Thanksgiving holiday. I knew the current water damage wasn't extensive but wanted to make sure. Pat and Liz came out and checked the saturation levels in the floor. They said to keep what we were doing (portable heater drying out the floor where the dishwasher had been) and to add a fan in the basement to increase airflow from the bottom. He said their service would be too expensive for such a small area and for the saturation level (22%). No charge and said we could call them later in the week if we want them to check the saturation at that time for peace of mind. Very nice people, excellent service, and they were very nice to my dog who couldn't leave them alone. Water damage is a pain and expensive, and SERVPRO helps you through the process and understands.
Liz and crew (Carson, Tom, Grant) were great and went above and beyond in service and customer satisfaction. We moved in 3 weeks ago and this pipe disaster was very unsettling for my wife who have everything decorated and organized. Liz and crew were comforting and helpful throughout the process. We are grateful for their personal touch.
We just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work remediating our basement of mold. The crew was excellent. Hard working and polite and courteous not to leave a mess. Angel as team lead was especially helpful with any questions we had a kept us informed of progress.

Had them come out this week and the guys were very thorough with the inspection. Grant, Mitch, and Sean took their time. Gave use all the details. And explained how this happened. I will call again when I need another inspection.
About Us
Our Beginning
Before starting SERVPRO of Northeast Wichita Patrick Butler like many Wichitans, worked in aircraft moving between multiple different companies. After leaving aircraft Patrick started a handyman business and eventually decided to start the SERVPRO Franchise which opened its doors in 2001 and has continued to this day. When SERVPRO started it was completely operated out of a basement, since then we have grown into an office, warehouse and workshop located at 3225 S. Oliver, here in Wichita.
Our Experiences
From the beginning SERVPRO was getting into some pretty nasty situations helping out home and business owners with disasters. Thankfully before opening our doors we had a huge amount of support in the form of education, hands on training, equipment and experience from our corporate and other SERVPRO owners. From there we built up our own experience one job at a time.
Flooded homes, moldy basements and thoroughly soot covered buildings started rolling in and each one presented its own challenges and learning opportunities. Even after nearly 20 years we encounter things we’ve never seen before but at this point we have gotten used to rolling with the punches for our customers.
Our Home
If you have lived in Wichita or the surrounding areas you may have seen our green vehicles at the Delano District St. Patricks Day Parade or maybe at Woofstock, the Home EXPO, Bridal EXPO. More recently we were in the news for helping rebuild the Hernandez Boxing Academy after a terrible arson incident. Our company is based in the Wichita Community and we give back to the community which has trusted us with their homes and businesses when disaster strikes.
Every time we go out the thought at the front of our minds is always how can we help you build back and move on from whatever happens. That is why our estimates and inspections are free and why we go over and beyond to help connect you to other business which do good work that we don’t do. That way we can work with you to get you back to get your normal life back and make it feel "Like it never even happened."
