We had a water leak from our roof that caused damage next to our fireplace. Within an hour of calling, Rodeana was out with a moisture sensor to tell us exactly where the leak was, and was problem solving how to remediate immediately. We were very concerned because our son has severe asthma - her team wasted no time and made sure that there was as dehumidifier, air scrubber, and the cleanest remediation options available right away! Not to mention, this was the week after a huge rainstorm and a few days before July 4th. They didn't miss a beat on making us feel like the top priority, and when you're responding to home issues, having a team like this makes things so much less scary. Nobody ever wants to hear the word “mold” regarding their home, but after receiving a tough report on our lake house, we were stuck. Being 90 minutes outside of Wichita, we struggled to find a company willing to make the trip – until a realtor friend of mine recommended SERVPRO.

From the first call, Patrick was incredible. He drove out within a couple days, assessed the situation, and gave us a clear, honest plan. The remediation was extensive, cleaning, and treating the entire crawlspace, wiping down every surface, and cleaning every dish, appliance, and wall.

Had them come out this week and the guys were very thorough with the inspection. Grant, Mitch, and Sean took their time. Gave use all the details. And explained how this happened. I will call again when I need another inspection.

Hire SERVPRO, and take a nap. I hired SERVPRO of Northeast Wichita for remediation of mold in my basement, a festering problem that had begun to affect my health. These guys showed up. A flurry of activity - hand-cleaning, scrubbing, power-washing, heavy-duty vacuuming, duct-cleaning, junk removal - ensued. Two days later, I was already breathing easier, feeling the symptoms of my lung disease much less severely. Sean Butler made sure that I understood, from the beginning, that total removal of mold is just not biologically possible - to my mind, however, he and his crew have made my home as safe and healthful as I might ever have hoped. Don't expect some discounted substitute: SERVPRO charged a fair price and delivered full value. I'd invite them back for any other job in a heartbeat. You should too.
