I had a fire in my garage that did a lot of damage. My house was full of smoke and black soot on everything. I didn't know where to start or what to do. My insurance agent referred me to Servpro of Northeast Wichita and the day I called Liz, their Project Manager came out right away and looked at the loss. I was worried about the garage door being removed by the fire department and people getting inside. Liz immediately dispatched their Production Manager Carson out to our home and he boarded up our garage the same day. Once insurance cleared our fire Liz, Carey, and Misty came out and they really went to work quickly. They took care of all of our burnt belongings and put together a photo inventory of everything. The next day their demo crew, Carson, Grant, and Bruce and they hauled all of our non-salvaged inventory to the dumpster and they gutted the entire inside of our garage including removing the insulation. Two days later the ladies showed up and they cleaned all of the soot out of the garage. The next 5 days the ladies cleaned every room of our house from ceiling to floor and they cleaned all of our belongings. I was amazed at the fast turn around and how they cleaned everything. The soot was gone, the smell of fire was gone and I was able to return home with my family. We are so very grateful for the team at Servpro of Northeast Wichita. This was a very stressful event in our lives and we would have been lost without their help. They were fast, efficient and really cared about our family. Thank you Liz for taking care of our family and thank you to your entire crew!

Rodeana at Servpro was excellent to work with. Very prompt, professional and knowledgeable and caring. My cement storage room and my finished carpeted basement were flooded. They got right on it which saved me tremendously. They even worked directly with my insurance co to get claim processed. The basement has no smell issues, no mold, new padding and they were able to save my plush carpet and baseboards. It looks like the damage never happened! We had a water leak from our roof that caused damage next to our fireplace. Within an hour of calling, Rodeana was out with a moisture sensor to tell us exactly where the leak was, and was problem solving how to remediate immediately. We were very concerned because our son has severe asthma - her team wasted no time and made sure that there was as dehumidifier, air scrubber, and the cleanest remediation options available right away! Not to mention, this was the week after a huge rainstorm and a few days before July 4th. They didn't miss a beat on making us feel like the top priority, and when you're responding to home issues, having a team like this makes things so much less scary. They were precise and encouraging, and got us a quote that was well under what we thought we'd spend to resolve things. They were professional, communicative, and I can't say enough about how happy we are that the leak is fixed, but even more happy that if we ever have another issue, we have a trusted team to call on!
