Flooded basement job. Overall great experience. Project manager Jason got out to my house the same day I called! Crew members Caleb and Walter were out to the house very next day. My husband and I recently used SERVPRO to help with water damage cleanup and restoration. The team was onsite within a few hours of making the call after we discovered the damage. Our PM, Tyler, was respectful of some of our budgetary concerns. We got the sense that they were being honest with us about the work that needed to be done versus an upsell. When it came time to remove the water, our crew member Nick was incredible. He was very attentive, coming to check on equipment regularly, and very communicative about the process and what to expect. Nick ensured that everything was documented for insurance purposes. All we had to do was approve work and he took care of the rest. He was very personable. Even our dog got used to his presence.
They were very good at their job and tried not to leave any mess when they were done. Sean and his partner worked their buts trying to get everything under control.
