About Us
Randy Miller started his first Michigan SERVPRO® location in 1996 in Genesee County and expanded into Saginaw in 1997. Since then, Randy has grown, acquired, and sold multiple territories. SERVPRO Team Miller is proud to hold service locations throughout the states of Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, and Florida.
SERVPRO Team Miller has been ranked in the top 10 for the past 20+ years, including top producer twice. As one of SERVPRO’s prestigious Extreme Team franchises, Team Miller provides support to other franchises — primarily on commercial losses. The SERVPRO Team Miller Disaster Recovery Team has the resources to travel the country for catastrophic events such as floods, tornadoes, and hurricanes.

After the inclement weather we recently experienced, our sump pump failed and our basement ended up flooding - a few companies were recommended to us but I am so glad I called Servpro first! They were able to send a team out ASAP and made it easy to coordinate between insurance and mitigation. Caleb and Santiago were phenomenal! They explained everything they were going to do in detail, day by day, and why. I never questioned their knowledge or integrity and always felt like I was in the best of hands. I had a ceiling leak... the guys from Servpro were at my house daily until everything was DRY! I got a call from "Nick" every morning telling me G'morning! and asking if it was okay for them to come work. They went above & beyond - great guys!! ...only problem is I don't get a G'morning call anymore now that their finished lol

I was cleaning out deceased FIL house (extreme collector) and basement got wet due to sump pump failure. Service Master by Crossroads (Ft Wayne, IN) ghosted me. I reached out to Servpro 2 weeks in...on a Saturday. Caleb & Kian showed up same day and setup air scrubber & dehumidifiers. The following Monday they returned and started hauling away the trash from the basement. They were there every day that I needed them. Caleb & Kian were so awesome...my knights in shining armor! They were so kind and caring and extremely helpful! I was beside myself and they rescued me! Throughout the project, there were other staff that worked hard for us, as well ... Olivio, Santiago, Logan and Project Manager Tyler. It took 2.5 months to get it all done because we had SOOO much stuff to get through in the basement, but God bless them all, we got it done and they were all so great to work with. ♥️ As for the expense, I've never had to go through something like this before, so I don't know if the cost was "reasonable", but I needed them and came through for me, so it was worth it to me, regardless. (Insurance did not cover my claim.) When is was all done, the basement was clean, dry, and smelled nice and fresh. 😊
