SERVPRO Plainfield was awesome! I left a message late Friday night do to some water backup/flooding in my basement. Michael called me first thing Saturday morning to schedule and Jose & Aiden were at my house by 10am. Jose also popped in Sunday morning to adjust the fans to ensure everything was drying properly! I will definitely use them again for future services (hopefully under better circumstances lol)

My sump pump went out and was not discovered right away. Servpro came out immediately to access the damage and come up with a plan. Alan and his team worked amazingly fast to remove everything that was damaged and begin the remediation process. Reconstruction is next and I know I will have the same experience with the reconstruction team. Bill has been a godsend with estimates and working with the insurance adjuster. Communication has been consistent. All questions answered professionally. They definitely know their stuff! Would give 10 stars if I could!
