SERVPRO Plainfield was awesome! I left a message late Friday night do to some water backup/flooding in my basement. My sump pump went out and was not discovered right away. Servpro came out immediately to access the damage and come up with a plan. Alan and his team worked amazingly fast to remove everything that was damaged and begin the remediation process. Reconstruction is next and I know I will have the same experience with the reconstruction team. Bill has been a godsend with estimates and working with the insurance adjuster. Communication has been consistent. All questions answered professionally. They definitely know their stuff! Would give 10 stars if I could!
