Unfortunately I've had to use servpro 3 times in the past 10 years. I've had Tim a couple of those times(he remembered my house). He is very thorough, understanding, and explains things well. Servpro has always been able to come out quickly when I call needing help. They work quickly and efficiently, and are accommodating for scheduling recheck. I am very thankful for them, but would love to not have to use them again! 🤣
SERVPRO Plainfield was awesome! I left a message late Friday night do to some water backup/flooding in my basement. Michael called me first thing Saturday morning to schedule and Jose & Aiden were at my house by 10am. Special thanks to the whole team especially Jose who did an excellent job of explaining everything to me step by step. Jose also popped in Sunday morning to adjust the fans to ensure everything was drying properly! I will definitely use them again for future services (hopefully under better circumstances lol)
I have used Servpro at our home as well as at our office several times. Their professionalism is second to none. Every time they have come out the team is polite, informative and patient with all of our questions. The work is excellent and thorough. You couldn't hope for a better clean up job.

My sump pump went out and was not discovered right away. Servpro came out immediately to access the damage and come up with a plan. Alan and his team worked amazingly fast to remove everything that was damaged and begin the remediation process. Reconstruction is next and I know I will have the same experience with the reconstruction team. Bill has been a godsend with estimates and working with the insurance adjuster. Communication has been consistent. All questions answered professionally. They definitely know their stuff! Would give 10 stars if I could!
