We had a kitchen fire at our local Lions Club building on a Saturday night and had a hall rental the next day. Called them at 10 PM and they were there in an hour to assess the job and had a team there all night so we didn’t have to cancel the hall rental. Then they came back and did a super deep clean the following week plus disposed of all the ruined items. Gave us a list of everything for our insurance. Philip and his team were great to work with

SERVPRO of Morris/Ottawa quite literally brought a breath of fresh air to our 30 year old home. For a number of years, we’ve been plagued by a nagging stale smell in our house that despite our personal efforts could not be freed. We had the house checked for mold and moisture as well as cleaned it top to bottom but still the pesky odor existed. Our fight came to an end when Luke for SERVPRO paid us a visit and identified the problem to be stale air. With a lengthy/heavy dose of an industrial strength ozone treatment, the air molecules in the (closed) house were cleansed. The end result is fantastic. The old house smell is gone-replaced by a fresh, clean smelling environment in our entire living space that is a pleasure to come home to. The cost is very reasonable. Communication through the process and level of attention to detail exceptional. We owe a debt of gratitude to these SERVPRO franchise principals Tim and Luke for making a difference in the health of our home and our well-being.
