Eric responded immediately (was at the home within an hour) when I called and stated I needed a board up due to a fire in a home. He reassured me that everything would be taken care of and that he would be there to assist me step by step along the way. So far the process has been made substantially easier because Eric has taken the time to help me understand what they are doing, why they are doing it, what I need to do (which has been minimal- they do it all), as well as understanding and accommodating the special needs that we have as a family to get through this situation and try to move forward.
