Jeffrey came out and made sure we didn’t have mold in our master bathroom then recommended we hire a painter to fix our surface level problem. They didn’t make a dime off of me but gave me honest opinion and honest service. When I do have an issue, will definitely use them!
We had a water backup issue with a storm drain in our office and water came through the drain and into the office area at a fast pace. Flooded most of the office and kitchen. Jeff and his crew were on site within two hours of our phone call and working to get the area contained. Dry vacs, fans, dehumidifiers, etc. His crew was incredible throughout the process. The back room of my apartment had an ice dam problem and water started dripping and then pouring into my back room when the weather warmed up. Once the claim was approved and SERVPRO came in to do the work, they did it in three stages. Each step of the way they were professional but pleasant, informative, and a joy to work with. I cannot stress enough how pleasant they made an awful situation. They were lovely to work with and did not hesitate to keep my best interest in mind as well as my work schedule. The office staff was great and never made me feel like I was imposing. I felt extremely lucky to be working with such a great company??
