The back room of my apartment had an ice dam problem and water started dripping and then pouring into my back room when the weather warmed up. Once the claim was approved and SERVPRO came in to do the work, they did it in three stages. Each step of the way they were professional but pleasant, informative, and a joy to work with. Jeffrey came out and made sure we didn’t have mold in our master bathroom then recommended we hire a painter to fix our surface level problem. They didn’t make a dime off of me but gave me honest opinion and honest service. When I do have an issue, will definitely use them!
We had a water backup issue with a storm drain in our office and water came through the drain and into the office area at a fast pace. Flooded most of the office and kitchen.
