We had a water backup issue with a storm drain in our office and water came through the drain and into the office area at a fast pace. Flooded most of the office and kitchen. Jeff and his crew were on site within two hours of our phone call and working to get the area contained. Dry vacs, fans, dehumidifiers, etc. His crew was incredible throughout the process. The back room of my apartment had an ice dam problem and water started dripping and then pouring into my back room when the weather warmed up. Once the claim was approved and SERVPRO came in to do the work, they did it in three stages. Each step of the way they were professional but pleasant, informative, and a joy to work with. I cannot stress enough how pleasant they made an awful situation. They were lovely to work with and did not hesitate to keep my best interest in mind as well as my work schedule. The office staff was great and never made me feel like I was imposing. I felt extremely lucky to be working with such a great company??

These guys are as good as it gets. Tremendously happy that we used their services to remove mold and dry out our drywall from the snowstorms which created water leaks in our ceiling. Our service professional Ron is absolutely the best in the business. He walked us through the process and did an outstanding job getting our place dry and cleaned up. I would highly recommend asking him to be assigned to your project needs. He's simply that good. Overall, it's been a pleasure.
