Andre and Victor did a great job helping us resolve a very severe cat urine situation in our home. They went above and beyond and we are grateful for their professionalism and the courtesy they showed to both of us. We have had cats for 40 years and are aware of how difficult it is to remove the odor. We won't know for sure whether the issue will be completely resolved, but we are sure it is significantly better! The nose knows!
