I want to thank Servpro and especially Andres Uriostegui for coming out promptly on Labor Day to assess the damage from a pipe failure in the church basement. He then set up lots of fans and arranged for clean up and disinfecting so that we minimized damage and we're able to serve food to our soup kettle population the day after! Andres was clear about the process and the cost. His service was much appreciated. We have used Servpro in the past and we were happy to have them this time. Thank you!

Andre and Victor did a great job helping us resolve a very severe cat urine situation in our home. They went above and beyond and we are grateful for their professionalism and the courtesy they showed to both of us. We have had cats for 40 years and are aware of how difficult it is to remove the odor. We won't know for sure whether the issue will be completely resolved, but we are sure it is significantly better! The nose knows! Once it is completely dry we will have a better idea as to how successful they were. We are pleased that if there is any more work to be done, we will be able to manage it ourselves.
