Meet Our Team

Production Manager

Ben is our most experienced employee, working with SERVPRO since 2006.

His extensive IICRC certifications include Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Carpet Cleaning, and Trauma & Crime Scene Cleanup.

Besides displaying immense leadership skills when directing a crew, Ben has contributed to many National Recovery Team rescues, including the Coal City Tornado Disaster and the Ohio Flooding.

He appreciates working with SERVPRO because every day presents a new challenge. In his free time, Ben volunteers at the Spartan Race with his brother, Micah.

Restoration Supervisor

Andres is a restoration supervisor with experience in property restoration since 2013.

He has several years of experience and has the following certifications from the IICRC: Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying Technician, and Trauma and Crime Scene Technician.

Andres enjoys his work and strives to complete every job quickly and efficiently.

Construction Manager

Brian joined our SERVPRO team in February 2022, bringing 7 years of experience in residential construction and 2 years of experience on mitigation projects.

He has several years of experience and holds the following IICRC certifications: Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, and Odor Control.

Brian's favorite part of working for SERVPRO is collaborating with other team members to assist customers with their needs. He looks forward to learning and working towards earning certifications to grow within the company. In his free time, Brian enjoys playing video games, hanging out with friends, attending sporting events, and traveling.

Mike joined our SERVPRO team in April 2024. He is a restoration supervisor with experience in property restoration since 2021.

He has experience and holds the following IICRC certifications: Water Damage Restoration Technician, Trauma and Crime Scene Technician, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, and Odor Control.

Accounting and HR Administrator

Marcela joined the SERVPRO team in 2019, and we couldn't be happier to have her on board. With over 10 years of experience in customer service and accounting, Marcela is an invaluable asset to the team at SERVPRO. She enjoys the variety of challenges and experiences that every day brings, and she looks forward to learning more about the restoration industry.

In her free time, Marcela enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new restaurants and different varieties of foods, and binge-watching Netflix TV shows and movies.

Construction Coordinator

My name is Zakiya. I’ve been with SERVPRO for almost two years as a Construction Coordinator and nearly a year as our Shared Services Manager, helping ensure our projects run efficiently from start to finish. I’ve been part of SERVPRO’s Storm Team, deploying to assist with restoration efforts during Hurricanes Helene and Milton, and I have even rolled up my sleeves to extract water on job sites myself. When I’m not coordinating projects, you’ll find me at local farmer’s markets, training for Tough Mudders, or spending time with my family.
