Very thorough and responsive! I was impressed with the deep expertise and thoroughness on a variety of questions I had rested to two attic spaces at my home. When I called, Davis returned my call right away and had a service person at my house that afternoon. Alex was very polite and explained exactly what the problem was and how SERVPRO would take care of it. I called Davis and scheduled an appointment.
The day of the service, Alex showed up on time with his crew. They sealed off everything and worked diligently. A job that was estimated to take a day and a half took only one day. When they left Alex explained exactly what they had done. He explained the billing process and that he would send me a detailed description of what they did to show to a house inspector for the selling
of my house.
