Alex and Joe were professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. Most importantly they had the knowledge and equipment and got started right away at getting our basement dried out

We used Servpro for water, mold, and asbestos remediation. The team of Gage, Sebastian, and Joe was exceptional in every way. Everyday I received a text and/or a phone call to let me know when they were leaving the shop. All communication was friendly and professional. At least daily check-ins and walk through. They asked questions, communicated with the project manager, and always greeted us and said good bye. The work was exceptional and we had a lot of it. A basement tear out is not easy, but they were always positive. I would highly recommend them.

Brian Burkle was exceptional in handling our clean up. He and his team were quick to respond and diligent in all follow up activities.

Mr. Joe and MJ came to our location on short notice to clean a conference room’s carpet. Not only did they do a great job but were so polite, professional and friendly. I would welcome these two gentlemen back anytime.

We woke up the morning of the 4th of July with some water in our basement after 9 or so inches had fallen the night before which caused a power outage and our sump pump to fail. We pulled up all flooring but needed heavy duty equipment to dry everything out quickly so we contacted Servpro of Ames. Gage was our tech, and he was awesome to work with. He was straightforward, explained exactly what needed to be done, and fielded our many questions with clear answers. We requested that Gage come back each day so we'd have consistency throughout the process, and Servpro was more than willing to accommodate that request. We even found out Gage had the day off but still put in the extra hours to help us out, which really speaks to his dedication and work ethic. We were very happy with the service we received from Gage and Servpro of Ames.

Dylan and Gage were wonderful to work with! They explained everything they were going to do before they did it. They carried a dehumidifier and big fans as well as pellets to my basement. Not only is my basement dry, but it smells normal before I got water in my basement! Thank you Dylan and Gage for your hard work, friendliness, and great attention to your work!
