Storm Damage Repair Services

I was called about 6am on Friday 1/29 about a water pipe busted at a building we own in downtown Macon. The building is occupied by a 24 hour Gym. I called SERV Pro at 6:30 am and they had someone on site by 7:30am. Great response time!! Carl Story was who met me and he was great! He looked over the catastrophe we had and went hard at what needed to be done. He explained thoroughly what they would have to do to get the building back up and going. In no time, he had others on site to assist Friday. He had Nick, Bayou, Curtis and Jeff assist him. All of these guys were professionals and knew what they were doing. They were able to take care of our needs very quickly. I WOULD definitely recommend SERV Pro to everyone!!

After a recent fire in our home our insurance company (USAA)Recommended that we call SERVPRO to help with the cleanup and repairs.

From the moment Candace Johnson, Glenda Edwards,Brandy Grooms, Amanda Wallace and Amber Floyd walked into our home we knew we had made the right choice. Candace organized the work force and She, Glenda and Brandy worked tirelessly to clean every item and any area (walls, ceilings, floors) that might have residue from the smoke and fire and when they needed extra help Amber and Amanda We’re right there.

Also the team of SERVPRO professionals in the office were wonderful. Several times they checked on how the cleaning process was going and if there was anything they could do to help.

Charles and I cannot Thank the team of cleanup professionals and the office staff for all their help. Now that they have finished their part of the work, we start with the repair crew with John as their leader. They will have a hard act to follow but I am sure they’re up to the task. Thank you again.

SERVPRO came and began working the same day I called them to help with my water damage and mold cleanup. Carl was phenomenal in his knowledge of what needed to be done and explaining every step of the process, and he even helped out by providing needed details when my insurance adjuster arrived. Jeff, Nick, and Ryan were the other members of the crew who came to save the day and all of them were professional, friendly, and courteous and they all worked tirelessly to get the job done. We really had quite a mess, but from the minute I called SERVPRO and spoke to Paula I knew we were in good hands, and she called me to check in every day during the cleanup process to answer any questions and make sure I was satisfied, and I also received several calls from Candace to check in during the final days of work and to give me the good news that the work was complete. This is a top-notch operation from first contact to completion, with skilled technicians and a highly organized office staff, and although I hope I never have a need for this type of remediation work in the future, if I ever do I will certainly be calling SERVPRO. Highly recommend, Five Stars! 

Walking down the stairs to find a flooded basement is the last thing I expected to see. I was advised to call SERVPRO of Macon, and it was the best experience possible given the situation. Carl and Jeff did an amazing job, not just with the flooding, but they were kind and compassionate as well. Both were very polite, walked us through each step of the process, and answered every question we had. Having someone of their caliber made dealing with a terrible situation so much easier. I appreciated the way they handled the furniture and never felt as though they were rushing in any manner.
