I was called about 6am on Friday 1/29 about a water pipe busted at a building we own in downtown Macon. The building is occupied by a 24 hour Gym. I called SERV Pro at 6:30 am and they had someone on site by 7:30am. Great response time!! Carl Story was who met me and he was great! He looked over the catastrophe we had and went hard at what needed to be done. He explained thoroughly what they would have to do to get the building back up and going. In no time, he had others on site to assist Friday. He had Nick, Bayou, Curtis and Jeff assist him. All of these guys were professionals and knew what they were doing.
