Austin came by daily to do moisture checks and ensure that no mold was setting up, everything was drying properly and adjusting fans as needed. All damaged material including our personal items that were damaged, furniture etc were all hauled off. The fans have been removed, debris removed and ready for insurance to come inspect. We could not be more pleased with the service received from SERVPRO. They definitely made a very stressful situation a bit more manageable. Even our insurance adjuster was happy we called SERVPRO and raved of their work and service. Thank you Austin, Nicole and the SERVPRO crew for your service and professionalism, you definitely went above and beyond.
