SERVPRO of East Cobb
Dustin Williams - Mitigation Operations
Dustin’s career at SERVPRO of East Cobb is a true example of hard work paying off. What began as a job with limited experience has grown into a leadership role as the Head of the Mitigation Department. With over a decade of experience in the restoration industry and certification as an IICRC Water Restoration Technician, Dustin has become a go-to expert for water damage recovery and mitigation.
His motivation? Family. Everything Dustin does—from the late-night calls to the long shifts—is for his wife and three children. When he's not leading restoration crews, he's enjoying time at home, whether he's firing up the grill, watching Braves games with his kids, or fishing with his wife. He’s also a fan of yard work, hunting, and hands-on home improvement projects—always looking for ways to make his family’s space even better.
Ethan Robinson- Senior Restoration Supervisor

A proud husband and father of two, Ethan puts family first and finds joy in everyday moments. He’s a fitness fan, a loyal Pittsburgh Steelers supporter (even if it sparks a few debates), and someone everyone’s glad to have on their side.

Ken’s attention to detail and commitment to excellent service set the tone for every project he leads. When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him spending time with his wife and son, passionately rooting for the Jets—and offering some pretty strong (and hilarious) opinions about what makes a proper bagel.
Matt Bridges - Human Resources Manager
Matt has been a dedicated member of the SERVPRO of East Cobb team for the past decade and currently serves as our Human Resources Manager. His journey began in Sales & Marketing, later transitioning into leadership roles where he discovered his true passion: supporting people and fostering a strong, positive workplace culture. With a well-rounded background in logistics, e-commerce, and technology, Matt combines strategic thinking with a people-first mindset to help our team grow and thrive.
At home, Matt’s proudest title is “Dad” to his daughter, who’s the center of his world. Life stays fun (and a little chaotic) with two beloved dogs—Willow, a fluffy Great Pyrenees, and Blue, a loyal rescue mix. When he’s off the clock, you’ll likely find Matt out on a hiking trail with his dogs, experimenting in the kitchen or at the grill, spending time outdoors, or tinkering with the latest tech.
