A massive tree from the neighbor’s yard fell onto our home, causing significant damage. Our insurance company recommended we contact SERVPRO to help mitigate the damages. I called SERVPRO at 3 PM on a Saturday afternoon and worked with an agent named Mandy. Mandy was very calm and professional, helping me make it through the initial throes of facing the damage from the tree fall. She was able to get SERVPRO personnel out to our home that day to patch holes and begin the water removal process. The next day, a crew came out to cut up/remove the tree. SERVPRO then came back to place fans / dehumidifiers in the impacted rooms and return daily to check on the status of the damage mitigation. We are on the way to recovery, thanks to the efforts of Mandy and SERVPRO. I’d highly recommend this company when one needs damage mitigation.
