To wrap up the inspection, the owner, Scott, informed that our problem was a cosmetic issue, not a health issue, and that we did not need their services. Servpro did an excellent job of restoring my home after a tree fell through roof during hurricane. This resulted in my moving out for three months and home completely emptied of contents while work completed. As I am 89, this was not easily accomplished. Project Manager Kyle Price went “over and above” easing my fears and assuring me that everything would be finished to my satisfaction. He provided me with a weekly progress report, even coming to where I was staying to give me updates and handling problems in the home unrelated to the damage (gas leak, water pipe leak in wall). He has made sure that I am resettled in my home.
