We had a pipe burst in the foundation of our home. SERVPRO came out very quickly and knew exactly what to do! They made sure the affected area was dry as if nothing ever happened and got us set up with new plumbing! Definitely recommend, don’t know what we would have done without them!!
We had a pipe leak that flooded much of our house. The company was very responsive and had someone here to clean up by 6:30 am. They cleaned up the water, took our rugs to be dried, set up fans and cleaned and disinfected all the floors in about 4 hours. They were professional and competent. They’ll be coming back tomorrow to see how everything is drying. I highly recommend Colby and his partner.
We recently moved into our new home and decided to do some renovations. We promptly discovered some water damage from an AC leak that went unnoticed by previous owners… Our friends recommended SERVPRO, and we are so glad we used them! Everyone we worked with and talked to was helpful, professional and knowledgeable! Brittney and Noah were excellent with paperwork and assessing the scope of work, and I especially would like to commend Colby and Gleeson who were the ones to perform the actual task of removing a part of the drywall, installing the fans, securing the area with plastic sheets, essentially making a sort of a tent to prevent any dust, debris etc from spreading all over. They took great care when moving furniture out of the way, they were very courteous and respectful, they were clear and informative in their explanation of the process and timeline, and they did their setup and installation very quickly and efficiently. A few days later, right on the day they said it could most likely be done based on their observations, Colby and Gleeson promptly came back, took measurements to ensure that everything is good, and then again quickly and efficiently dismantled “the tent”, removed the equipment, and then swept and washed the floors in and around where the tent was. In short, we are very satisfied by the quality of work that SERVPRO did, and very grateful to the people who did it! We highly recommend SERVPRO for water damage remediation and cleanup, and if you get to work with Colby and Gleeson, consider it an added bonus as they are excellent and you would be in great hands!
