Part of my home had water damage and my insurance company recommended SERVPRO. After my floor was dried Chris Ryan came to my home to look at the damage and made the plans for my floor to be replaced. We recently moved into our new home and decided to do some renovations. We promptly discovered some water damage from an AC leak that went unnoticed by previous owners… Our friends recommended SERVPRO, and we are so glad we used them! Everyone we worked with and talked to was helpful, professional and knowledgeable! Brittney and Noah were excellent with paperwork and assessing the scope of work, and I especially would like to commend Colby and Gleeson who were the ones to perform the actual task of removing a part of the drywall, installing the fans, securing the area with plastic sheets, essentially making a sort of a tent to prevent any dust, debris etc from spreading all over. They took great care when moving furniture out of the way, they were very courteous and respectful, they were clear and informative in their explanation of the process and timeline, and they did their setup and installation very quickly and efficiently. A few days later, right on the day they said it could most likely be done based on their observations, Colby and Gleeson promptly came back, took measurements to ensure that everything is good, and then again quickly and efficiently dismantled “the tent”, removed the equipment, and then swept and washed the floors in and around where the tent was. In short, we are very satisfied by the quality of work that SERVPRO did, and very grateful to the people who did it! We highly recommend SERVPRO for water damage remediation and cleanup, and if you get to work with Colby and Gleeson, consider it an added bonus as they are excellent and you would be in great hands! His promptness and expertise was noticed by my husband, a retired Navy Sr Chief, who was home when he came to inspect. The damage was taken care of and then we needed to have the area painted.
