I had a wonderful experience with Kevin and Claudia. They came to our home twice within the same month for two separate water damage issues, and both times they were incredibly professional, punctual, respectful, and thorough. They were very communicative throughout the entire process, paid close attention to every detail, and treated our home with great care. They were also very kind and polite, and I really appreciated that they spoke Spanish with me, which made the experience even easier and more comfortable. Absolutely 5-Star Service! We had a fire in our attic, and SERVPRO was dispatched by our home insurance provider. From the very beginning, we were impressed by their professionalism and the way they worked as a team. Richard was our project manager, and after his initial inspection, Javier came out to confirm his evaluation. We really appreciated the thoroughness and attention to detail throughout the process. Arnulfo and Librado worked incredibly hard to complete the mitigation and remediation work. We are now entering the second phase, which involves repairs, and we will be using SERVPRO for that work as well. Arnulfo and Librado were EXCELLENT! They arrived promptly each day and worked tirelessly throughout an intense heatwave. On one of the days, temperatures reached 107 degrees, yet they continued working with the same dedication and professionalism. They were trustworthy, respectful, and took exceptional care with our furniture and personal belongings. During an already stressful situation, their hard work and attention to our property made everything a little easier. I cannot thank Arnulfo and Librado enough for thier work. I would definitely recommend SERVPRO, especially Arnulfo and Librado, and Ricahrd to anyone who needs fire restoration or remediation services. Five stars all around!

We had a tiny hole left by a big AC job and that's all it took to flood our kitchen ceiling and ruin our floor during the rain from hurricane Marie. Richard's ServePro team came, removed the damaged ceiling and floor and set up a dehumidifier plus's 4 drying machines and plastic wrapped the area so we could still use our kitchen. Checking to make sure everything was working and dry almost daily. All done today and we're ready to do the restoration now knowing that it's safe to seal up our ceiling. Highly recommended and really appreciated!

I recently had extensive water damage to my home and SERVPRO was tasked by the responsible party to handle the cleanup and prep for repairs. Needless to say, this was a huge inconvenience, and cause for concern. But Javier and the rest of the outstanding professionals at SERVPRO made the entire process much easier, and before I knew it, the water damage was cleaned up completely, the structure tested and re-tested for mold and treated to seal, preventing its possible occurrence. My home is now cleaned and ready for repairs. Javier ensured that I not only understood every step of the entire process, but also why these steps were necessary. He was patient, knowledgable and thoroughly professional. All the members of SERVPRO, whether working on my home or as a customer service agent, are to be commended for their outstanding work. They started work immediately instead of leaving us waiting for weeks, and they kept things moving on schedule the whole way through. The materials they used were high quality and matched what we had before, and the flooring blends in so well you'd never know there had been a repair. Communication was excellent throughout.
