I recently had extensive water damage to my home and SERVPRO was tasked by the responsible party to handle the cleanup and prep for repairs. Needless to say, this was a huge inconvenience, and cause for concern. But Javier and the rest of the outstanding professionals at SERVPRO made the entire process much easier, and before I knew it, the water damage was cleaned up completely, the structure tested and re-tested for mold and treated to seal, preventing its possible occurrence. My home is now cleaned and ready for repairs. Javier ensured that I not only understood every step of the entire process, but also why these steps were necessary. He was patient, knowledgable and thoroughly professional. All the members of SERVPRO, whether working on my home or as a customer service agent, are to be commended for their outstanding work. A huge thanks to them all!

We had a slab leak that ended up requiring the entire first floor of our house to be gutted, and SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea handled the whole project from start to finish. They started work immediately instead of leaving us waiting for weeks, and they kept things moving on schedule the whole way through. They also dealt directly with our insurance company, which took an enormous amount of stress off of us. The materials they used were high quality and matched what we had before, and the flooring blends in so well you'd never know there had been a repair. Communication was excellent throughout. We always knew what was happening, who was coming, and what the next step was. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and easy to have around during a disruptive project. Water leak on the floor and drywall: My refrigerator waterline was cracked, causing water to leak into the kitchen, dining room, and half of the living room. My home insurance recommended Servpro/YL, which turned out to be the best decision. From the start, SERVPRO was prepared and organized, with a skilled crew doing the work correctly. I was kept updated throughout the process. The quality of work from each team was excellent. It was a large project to handle. They had packers/movers. Demolition and reconstruction, kitchen cabinets/redo painting and floor installers. The end result was amazing. My home (downstairs worksite) felt brand new. Looks incredible. I also want to mention how professional the crews were. Helpful to me in so many ways . They were very respectful of my schedules and of my home, and especially of me and my family. I will definitely recommend SERVPRO/YL. It was a very positive experience.
