About Us
Our roots are in Guanajuato, Mexico where Edgardo and Mary Arcila, started a family in a city called Irapuato, nearby the ranch where Mary grew up. The Arcila family grew to include three sons and a daughter.
Following in the footsteps of millions of American immigrants, the Arcila family came from Mexico in the 1990‘s, to build a new life in the United States. All the kids finished their educations here in Orange County, where the two eldest sons attended Century High School in Santa Ana and the younger two attended Esperanza High School in Anaheim, on the border of Yorba Linda where our business now stands.
Once finished with his education, Edgar, the eldest son learned about franchise opportunities with SERVPRO. He saw an opportunity not only for himself but for his entire family in this business. We’re very proud of the many successes we’ve enjoyed along the way. In time, we added additional franchises to our family business including a second franchise in Anaheim Hills and a third franchise in Norwalk.

Absolutely 5-Star Service! We had a fire in our attic, and SERVPRO was dispatched by our home insurance provider. From the very beginning, we were impressed by their professionalism and the way they worked as a team. Richard was our project manager, and after his initial inspection, Javier came out to confirm his evaluation. We really appreciated the thoroughness and attention to detail throughout the process. We had a tiny hole left by a big AC job and that's all it took to flood our kitchen ceiling and ruin our floor during the rain from hurricane Marie. Richard's ServePro team came, removed the damaged ceiling and floor and set up a dehumidifier plus's 4 drying machines and plastic wrapped the area so we could still use our kitchen. Checking to make sure everything was working and dry almost daily. All done today and we're ready to do the restoration now knowing that it's safe to seal up our ceiling. Highly recommended and really appreciated!

I recently had extensive water damage to my home and SERVPRO was tasked by the responsible party to handle the cleanup and prep for repairs. Needless to say, this was a huge inconvenience, and cause for concern. But Javier and the rest of the outstanding professionals at SERVPRO made the entire process much easier, and before I knew it, the water damage was cleaned up completely, the structure tested and re-tested for mold and treated to seal, preventing its possible occurrence. My home is now cleaned and ready for repairs. Javier ensured that I not only understood every step of the entire process, but also why these steps were necessary. He was patient, knowledgable and thoroughly professional. All the members of SERVPRO, whether working on my home or as a customer service agent, are to be commended for their outstanding work. A huge thanks to them all!
We had a slab leak that ended up requiring the entire first floor of our house to be gutted, and SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea handled the whole project from start to finish. They started work immediately instead of leaving us waiting for weeks, and they kept things moving on schedule the whole way through. They also dealt directly with our insurance company, which took an enormous amount of stress off of us. The materials they used were high quality and matched what we had before, and the flooring blends in so well you'd never know there had been a repair. Communication was excellent throughout. We always knew what was happening, who was coming, and what the next step was. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and easy to have around during a disruptive project.
