We just had our 2nd water damage claim with the first one being in January so we are real familiar with the process. Joe, Kyle and Mark were our technicians from SERVPRO. They were outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. Their work was superb and clean. They took every precaution to contain the dirt and dust to the damaged areas only. Due to the stairs having to be torn up, they took the extra step to place cardboard on the each stair to avoid any foot injuries.
