I had some water damage that SERVPRO came out and inspected on behalf of my insurance company. They were so polite and professional about it, it seemed they were employees of the insurance company Anyway, I got a quote for damage repairs from another company, who decided it would be a good time to rake me over the coals by WAY over-quoting the job. I decided to do the Rip out of damaged drywall myself, which went fine. However, after a few days of work and drying the area, I didn't have a way to know whether everything was dry. SERVPRO offered to come out and re-inspect the job for moisture. They came out the next day, gave it the thumbs up/all clear, and when I asked how much for the service call, they said "no charge". Not only that, they provided me with a small amount of anti-microbial spray that I could use on the area. These days I've had plenty of trouble getting good service from anyone, but not from SERVPRO. Definitely recommend these guys based on their character.
Had a water pipe burst under the house (Manufactured Home). SERVPRO worked with the insurance company and took care of drying out the floor and walls and dealing with any mold issues. They were very professional and courteous. Pleasure to work with.
